Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellations with 15 Days Notice

If a customer cancels at least 15 days before the event date, they will receive a refund of 50% of the total amount paid.

2. Cancellations within 3 to 4 Days of the Event

Cancellations made 3 to 4 days prior to the event are non-refundable. No amount will be returned in these cases.

3. Weather-Related Rescheduling

In the event of bad weather (e.g., rain), we allow for rescheduling of your rental to a new available date. If the specific bounce house originally booked is not available on the new date, we will provide a similar unit of equal value as a replacement.
